1 serving
  • 1very large ice cube
  • 50 mlgin (make it a good one - I use Tanqueray Ten)
  • 150 mlelderflower pressé, chilled
  • 3 slicesnectarine

    Place the ice in a glass.

  2. 2

    Pour in the gin and the elderflower pressé over the ice.

  3. 3

    Top with the nectarine slices and enjoy.

Gosh. I do envy you Rachel coz my cardiac medication precludes my having grapefruit in any form and I really, really do love grapefruit. Let’s be honest, T10 isn’t cheap but it such a lovely pure, clean real gin. The nectarines are a great bonus if allowed to absorb the liquid and they’re eaten at the end. Just had our first proper day out since returning from Japan in March 2020: we drove (circa 60 miles) up to the Suffolk coast had a lovely day amidst wonderful countryside. Jx
