This has the be my favorite recipe of all time. So incredibly easy to make! I put about 1/2 cup of italian dressing (or any clear dressing) on the bottom of the baking dish I cook it in. The chicken absorbs it right up. Must have made this at least 10 times this month alone!

I am not sure what I did wrong, but I will assume it was the bread crumbs. I used sugar crumbs which tasted.. weird, but it was good but... still weird. I added a little curry to save the dish though! The meat was perfect! once I get a hold of parmesan and italian bread crumbs, I will try this dish out again :)

very attractive on dinner table. sadly it was a bit dry...I even used extra sour cream incase it would be dry but it never did the trick. next time I will halve the breasts as the bottom halves that were Immersed In sauce was juicy.

I felt it was a big mistake. Chicken needs its skin for flavor and this was some of the most bland tasting meat I've had in ages. I seasoned it to my taste, used the sour cream, Parmesan cheese and Italian flavored bread crumbs and I was so unimpressed. I wish I had been able to enjoy it the way all the others seem to have. Food is not inexpensive. I made a bad choice this time. In a word, it was blah.

I am part of the minority. My son did not touch it, My husband and I ate it but thought it was overcooked andeven though I used half sour cream and half mayo still came out curdled looking and tasting. I used fine italian breadcrumbs extra parm and a few sprays of cooking spray on top to encourage browning. Did broil top for last few minutes. Crumb topping was dry and tasteless over the goopy sauce. Maybe this needs homemade bread crumbs or Panko breadcrumbs buttered.

My favorite thing about this was how easy and quick it was. I used chicken tenders, brushed on a little bit of mayo and topped with the seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with parm. One of my new go-tos.
