i don't have brown sugar is there any other alternatives or i can just leave it out?

You can use White Sugar. It will be a little crispier though.

How many cookies does this yield? The amount of ingredients looks quite small when I convert the grams to ounces....hope I am doing it correctly.

I just put 1 cup flour, is that okay? I also did not whisk the eggs before putting them in. I will see how these turn out tomorrow.
