With all those red spices paprika and cayenne it's no way your fish looks that yellow. My fish with fresh grease turned out dark - but tasted good though 👍🏽😂

Wonderful recipe! I gave my fish a little buttermilk bath, & added a little Cajun Seasoning to the mix.
