OMG! where has this been all my life?!?!? leave the ice in the tray...it's better without ice CREAM OF COCONUT can be found at Publix or any grocery store in the drink isle next to the mixers

You can substitute pineapple juice for the coconut.

i think i just may add coconut rum and an oz or less of coconut cream. i must try this. sounds delish.
