Tried these today. I don't know if I did something wrong but I didn't like the taste, I think I'm just used to eating avocados raw. I'll try it again though and maybe tweak the seasoning, anyone have any luck with that?

very creative! personally I think avocados are served best as topping to chalupas, salads that type of thing.. or in guacamole....best cold and chunky... it is a fruit after all... ?

made this dish with two large Haas avocados. cut into 16 PCs. thought it would be an appetizer. couldn't finish all the fries. so delish, and so filling! I will def do this again, soon! I added Tabasco to wet ingredients and cayanne to first dredge,I used corn mealfir first andd Pablo crumbs for outer coating. :positive
