Wonderful! I loved this - I made mine with sweet potatoes instead. I did need about double the recipe for four chicken breast and potato.

I used dark meat chicken, cause I love the greasier feel of that or duck!

it was good. I halved the recipe because the chicken breasts were huge and it was only 2.5 of us eating. I let the chicken sit in the seasoning for maybe 20-30 minutes. I also butterflied the chicken breast and cut them into smaller pieces. I think it would be better if I had marinated it a little longer? thank you for posting this delicious recipe B-)
