Looks good. I’m unfamiliar with that type of sausage, which might not be easily available in the U.K. but I’m sure a suitable substitute can be identified.

Hi @JohnA, I guess you can use any sausage that you like just remove the casing because what I've used was skinless or no casing.
If it's possible also is you can find it in an Asian or Filipino stores in your area 😉
