very good flavor! I subbed Worcestershire sauce for red sweet wine and used provolone cheese instead. put it all through my food processor and filled prebaked phyllo cups. they were a hit! used chiffonade spinach as garnish to jazz it up.

delicious, but very rich. two portabellas would suffice for 4 people, assuming it's just a side.
