  1. 3Portabella mushrooms
  2. 3 cloveGarlic
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  5. 1 1/2 tbspolive oil
  6. 1 tspworcestershire sauce
  7. 1/2 cupmonterey jack cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Slice mushrooms, chop garlic and grate cheese.

    Heat pan on high. Add oil.

  3. 3

    Add onions, add mushrooms. Turn fire to medium, cook for about 2-3 minutes.

    Flip. Cook another 1-2 minutes, add garlic.

    Stir/shake pan. Add vinegar and worchertershire.

  6. 6

    Stir/shake pan/toss. Add cheese cover, turn off fire, let cheese melt. Serve!

delicious, but very rich. two portabellas would suffice for 4 people, assuming it's just a side.
