Yes, just make sure to season it well as the potatos are not boiled in salted water.
My husband enjoyed this dish too, so I am happy. Both of us love potatos but they have to be descent potatos, not cheap ones with no flavour. Thank you Sonia 😊

Many simple foods seem similar from country to country in Europe and sometimes America because of people movement and or the way people live in
certain regions of their country either in the mountainsor by the sea and/or in lowlands .Perhaps you could share a recipe of how it's done in Greece.
I love Greek food , well most Mediterranean foods also .
