It was OK. I would probably lower the mayo and increase the mustard and cheese. It was a little much for me. I put it under the broiler for a few minutes to get some caramelization. I'll probably keep at this recipe until I get it how I like it. The recipe was a good idea, though.

this was not my cup of tea but my 2 and 4 year olds loved it, ate almost the whole batch, great way to get kids to eat veggies
