It's a gluten free dough made of almond flour, mozzarella, cream cheese and eggs :)

100 gs mozzarella
30 gs cream cheese (philadelphia or other)Melt in micro by pulses until completely melted.
Let cool a bit.
Add 80 gs of fine almond flour and 1 egg.
Form dough with a fork. You may want to micro anotherv30 sec for it all to form a dough.
Let test 3p min in fridge.
Place between 2 parchment papers lighly oiled and flatten with roll pin.The dough is versatile and may be used as base for pies and other things but it takes practice.
