Hey I have a question here.. whats the difference between katiyaan n emily ka pani are they both same or different for this alo kachalu recipe plzz let me know tnx

@Alexnoor no they are not same..imli ka paani is basically the water mixed in pulp of imli (tamarind) while khatiyan is a citrus fruit belonging to the family of Lemon. Its juice is used in making kachaloo to make them sour.You can use any of them. Result will be the same. You will get sour kachaloo
