  • 1 tbspChat Masala
  • 1 tspCoriander Powder
  • 1/4 cupImli ka Pani
  • 2Khatiyan

    Kachaloo ko cooker mein pani daal kar ubal lain.2-3 ghntay lg skty hain galnay mein. Sath Sath check krty rahen. Jab achi trah gal jayen to nikal ke thandy kar lain aur chilka utar lain.

    Ek bowl mein kachloo ko cubes shape mein kaat lain.

    Ab in py salt, red chillies,coriander powder aur chat masala charak dain.

    Ab is mein imli ka pani dalen aur kathiyan b nachor dain.

  5. 5

    Ab bowl ke ooper koi b dakan ya plate rakh kar bowl ko achi tarah shake karein ta ke sb kch achi tarah sy mix ho jaye.

  6. 6

    Chat patay spicy kachaloo are ready to serve.
