@Sihle_2002 if your oven as a steam option you can steam it there.. if not ... you can place a little water in a pot and add the livers there, however it will act as a small boil rather then a steam... but the effect is still great make sure you strain the excess water out when adding to your sauce mixture... hope this helps 🤗💞
