Ingredients

30 minutes
8 people
  • 300 gsliced onions
  • 2sliced green peppers
  • 2sliced red peppers
  • 100 mloil
  • 2 kgchicken livers
  • 50 gkashmiri chillie powder
  • 20 gpaprika
  • 30 gsalt
  • 500 mlnando's hot sauce
  • Tip
  • Steam the chicken livers, it would stay whole and not get mashed

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large pan add the oil and fry the onions

  2. 2

    Add the Kashmiri chillie powder and paprika

  3. 3

    Add the steamed chicken livers and add the peppers

  4. 4

    Give a good mix and add the salt to taste

  5. 5

    Add the nando's sauce

  6. 6

    Mix and serve hot

  7. 7

    Enjoy
