I've made this before. *Tip: if you double coat chops the breading sticks better. beat together 1 cup milk and 1 egg to make a "wash". coat in flour mixture, dip in egg wash, dredge through flour a second time. I use 2 separate containers of flour. it can be messy but definitely worth it!
