Kinda like duck. Very tasty. Very oily the potatoes roasted with it in the goose fat was delicious.

It is you can buy it in jars in some grocery stores. Goose fat is the same!!!

I’m cooking it right now, using your temp. Goose from Publix, split in half, covered w apricot preserves (Smucker’s) then using DASH all over, hubby has a tad cholesterol,stroke issue…..so, looking to keep him around a while longer. I have a duck in freezer (also from Publix) I’ll be doing later……should’ve looked more closely at your process though, cut in half down back, cooking breast up on a broiler pan. I’ll let you know how it comes out….I’m starving 😬
