I have never eaten pumpkin flowers before, its been on my list of foods I must try for ages now. This looks so yummy. What is their flavour like - do they taste like pumpkin 🎃

I love this dish! In Vietnam, we would stuff other things like minced meat or minced veggies (for a vegetarian dish) to fry along.
