Great recipe! Tried it as is and with a bulb of fresh fennel chopped and added just after the onion (reduced the fennel seeds to just a few for extra flavour) and both are fantastic. It’s become a regular on our meal plans. Fussy child with a clean plate speaks volumes!! Thank you for sharing
