@cook_11908919 actually Cookies turn the best with the addition of Eggs. Without it, the texture might not be great dear. It becomes crumbly without Egg. But still if you really want to make without Eggs, there are many options. You can use Condensed Milk, Buttermilk, Yoghurt etc.
