The meat is very tender. The smell while cooking is hunger inducing😃. The amount of soy sauce was to overpowering for me. I will make again and use less soy sauce.

This recipe was an easy one so I tried it. I added a 1/3 cup of red wine and beef stock instead of water. I'm not a big fan of tenderloin. But it was amazing! I made mashed potatoes and used the sauce to make a gravy. The family loved it!
