2 lbpork tenderloin
1 envelopedry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cupwater
5 tbspsoy sauce
3 tbspminced garlic
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchground pepper

place tenderloin in slow cooker

cover tenderloin with soup mix, water, and soy sauce
3

turn tenderloin one full turn to coat

spread garlic over the pork

leave as much garlic on top of roast as possible

sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

cover, and cook on low 5 hours

The meat is very tender. The smell while cooking is hunger inducing😃. The amount of soy sauce was to overpowering for me. I will make again and use less soy sauce.
