@thyme_traveller Where are you from? I havent try it with turkey, this is actually my second time eating mlinci, the first time was in the restaurant and I made it when we came home 😀

In Vojvodina we always have it with turkey- best made in a clay pot :). I’d love to learn how to make the dough myself

@thyme_traveller 400 gr flour, 2 dl water, 1 teaspoon salt. Mix it and leave it covered for 1 hour. Take 10 peaces, make them 2mm thin and bake in a pan. I will try this soon, you can also try and let me know how it went.
