As a type 1 diabetic on a low carb diet, this is quite high carb. Banana is 23g/100g (so a medium banana is about 30g), apple is 14g/100g (so a medium apple is 15g) and raisins are 80g/100g. So this looks like about 60g of carbs which is more carbs that I eat in one day! For comparison oats are 14g of carbs per 100g, and lower carb than any of those fruits!
