While the cooked chicken was resting - did turn the oven up to Gas Mark 8 , so as too crisp up the roast potatoes - 15 minutes each side . Only had One cooked chicken breast with some seasoned cooked chicken skin . Did eat the chicken meat from the chicken wings after about 10 minutes of resting and some off of the chicken legs.

Can buy Roasting Tin's with inner metal Roasting Racks so as too roast a whole chicken without the roasted Vegetables
