The best venison roast I've ever cooked. Tender and delicious. A meal I would have been proud to serve anybody that stopped in to visit. Glad no one did, my wife and I are looking forward to hot roast beef (venison) sandwiches tomorrow. Only change I would make is to reduce the bullion next time. A little saltier than we like. Ditto to other comment, gravy was awesome.
