Stunning... Recipe. But what else can I use instead of agar agar powder. I donot prefer it eating.

The batter will be too soft to hold the shape if you do not let it set (where agar-agar/gelatin comes to play- the flavour of it will not be felt in the recipe))
However, you can bake it at 140degrees in your oven for 60min/until done where you don’t need any setting agent

Alternatives are cornstarch(same ratio) or arrowroot powder(1:2 ratio) though I haven’t tried this recipe with the substitutes :)
