Hi, I discovered this recipe while searching for vegetarian uses for Chu Hou paste. You list "Chinese asparagus" ... but google doesn't find a vegetable called that. Can you clarify? Thanks !! Ron Snider, Edmonton, Canada

After I registered for your site, I could see photos of the ingredients and cooking. I see a strange long stalked vegetable. Is that "Chinese Asparagus"? If so, it's funny that google search does not show a vegetable that looks like that ... does it have another name that you know of? Thanks !
