Thanks. Twas but a bit of fun to celebrate my wife’s successful abstinence from alcohol during Lent but it proved a great success with both her and our daughter. The banana pieces get nicely infused and best consumed after the liquid 🤣.

Indeed. We’ve just returned from a day with the whole family in a beach hut by the North Sea. Blue sky, great picnic, grandchildren ecstatic and now relaxing on our balcony at home listening to the dicky birds whilst imbibing a glass or few.

Sounds idyllic! I’m just rustling up one of my favourite dishes with watermelon, crab meat, whipped feta, avocado, samphire and some fresh asparagus and drinking a vesper martini (shaken not stirred of course) with the radio on and dancing. Good job no-one is in 😬

Sounds delicious. All great ingredients. Although not really a vodka drinker, given the much higher proportion of my favourite tipple (gin), I might give it a try. Have a nice, r e l à x I n g evening!
