AshleyD88 @cook_2724923
Love this recipe!! and it is also perfect with shrimp and sausage!! :chef

JuJurkovska @cook_2855382
Yummy...but no kiebasa,it called kielbasa/kolbasa in my country, your sausages looks like "parky" thats right name ;-)

Lnzcurry @cook_2885513
A cup of butter would be waaaay too much for me! We only used 1/2 cup of butter and only used 2 Tablespoons of the cajun seasoning instead of a cup and it turned out great. We also added 1 clove of garlic to the veggies.

MsNaturalPam87 @cook_2919873
Way too salty, if u use half the season salt and butter and add water it turns out to be good! [ok]

NewFlame @cook_2927971
SALT BOMB!! Halved the Seasoning and butter...should have gone with salt free seasoning or quartered the Zatterans! You can tell there's flavor there, just needs some tweaking and balancing.

Alex @cook_2973512
Very good and easy to make. Cut down on the seasoning and you got a winner.

Scottie47 @Scottie47
This was good. I cut down a bit on the seasoning and used garlic sausage. Also used diced tomatoes with jalapenos and onion instead of salsa.

bbefhousand @cook_3108380
This was awesome but extremely spicy. I would use half the seasoning next time and I love spicy foods

carrifromgalena @cook_3165301
This recipe is very salty. I would use low sodium creole seasoning if possible. Very yummy though!

chamberlain @cook_3175920
good but very salty used unsalted butter but the creole seasoninf was too much...will try again with half if not quarter of the seasoning and should be very good

docsis76 @cook_3266949
I made this again but only used 4 teaspoons of creole . It turned out perfect. Glad I tried it again

erica.gibson.31 @cook_3298443
the flavor was great but it was way to spicy... next time I'll b use only 1/3 cup of creole and maybe some diced tomatoes
other than that it was a great recipe
other than that it was a great recipe

erikmuniz22 @cook_3299992
really good, but if you get slap ya mamma's creole only use 1/8 of a cup (2 tbs). I underestimated the seasoning and this is coming from a Hispanic who loves spicy food

jacquerae @cook_3395483
delicious! I did not add as much butter or seasoning, but it still came out terrific. I also used light Alfredo sauce.

holly9390 @cook_3371411
It was waaayyyyy too salty. I added 1/3 the butter and seasoning and left out the salsa and it came out delish!!!

jay.williams.77985 @cook_3407829
This was an amazing meal. I made 2 pots and its all gone. Just Amazing :hungry

jen1913 @cook_3417534
Can't wait to try this!! My only critique J is if u want authentic New Orleans flavor, ya gotta use Andouille sausage!! :nod

kpowell9788 @cook_3513986
I cooked it all in one pot and didn't use as much seasoning. It turned out perfect.

lannf @cook_3530056
Loved this. Used a can of diced tomatoes instead of salsa and made my own spice blend. Will definitely make this again.

lehnna19 @cook_3540058
This was just like cheddars but way better. It was to spicy, but my husband and brother inlaw love spicy food. Next time we know not to add to much seasoning but I still loved it. :-)

mikemccormick523 @cook_3631567
Do not use a full cup of creole. Spiciness is fine but it makes it entirely too salty. Ruined the meal

Missy Brooks @cook_3639110
Way too salty! I was so disappointed! May try again with WAY less creole seasoning.

mrs.hutchinson007 @cook_3658417
Okay I can't believe how salty this recipe was. omg omg. I added more pasta more Alfredo a can of diced tomatoes and still very salty. I wish I would of used 2 table spoons of the creole salt. but it was yummy

Terence Parham @cook_3716650
This meal was great, but I never do 1 cup of Creole I do a about 1 TB. there no way I can imagine someone being able to enjoy it if you used 1 whole cup of creole

rainydayz @cook_3752296
It was way too salty with a half cup of creole seasoning. Ill use much less if I make it again.

eyesshine @cook_3306149
disgusting it is full of salt! 1 cup creole seasoning? are you kidding me!

shaunaaaaaaa @cook_3829284
this is the SALTIEST thing I have ever tasted. use UNSALTED butter, and less (probably even half) of the zatarans. then it would be awesome. I'm struggling to eat it because it's so salty

slapyomama @cook_3847956
This was a huge gigantic hit with my boyfriend I put green and yellow onions in it held the seasoning and just used cayenne red pepper with garlic salt and garlic powder. used 1/2 of the butter and thats it so easy really tastey

Stacy Sutton @cook_3863433
1 cup of creole would be WAY too much...I wonder if it was suppose to say 1 TB?

socha818 @cook_3854226
Real good. Super easy. Only thing, it was super salty. I cut the amount of butter in half and the amount of cajun seasoning in half. Still taste good. But still to salty.

themrsdudella @cook_3906941
omg I just made this at first I was like salsa and alfredo ummmm no but omg it turn out sooooooo good I didn't follow the measurings I just went by what I thought was best and it was perfect im so upset that I didn't make a bigger pan :ohyeaah

the Simpsons @cook_3820546
Waaaay too much creole in this recipe. I suggest cutting it down from one cup to half a cup because it was so salty with one cup. I will make it again with less creole and I'm sure it'll be great.

travisice42 @cook_3927277
Fantastic. It gets spicy quick so ease in the seasoning a little at a time and taste it as you cook. Take into account the spiciness of your salsa too. I really liked it at about three tablespoons but the rest of the family thought that was too spicy.

velazquez773 @cook_3945024
good very very good I tweaked the recipe a little because of the reviews and it was delicious :-)

stevie7 @cook_3871285
way too salty, going to have to add a lot more pasta and Alfredo and salsa sauces to make this enjoyable.

leaannbaldon @cook_3537388
Oh man this was really salty! I think I'll try it again and cut the seasoning in thirds
