I love it. I added xanthan gum, baking soda ang unflavored gelatine powder. It turned out okay. Crispy at the edge ang soft at the center. I like it because it's not too sweet, just enough.

Thank you for trying the recipe. I have never heard of Xanthan Gum in my life. I am wondering what benefit we get from adding Xanthan Gum and Gelatine Powder to cookies.

@hirokoliston it's a sort of a binder, since gluten free flour tends to be crumbly when i use it for cookies and cakes.Most of the recipes in my gluten and dairy free cookbook for cookies and cakes have these two ingredients that's why i tried to add it. And it was fantastic. It wasn't crumbly at all.By the way, i have gluten allergy and also lactose intolerant. That's why i go for gluten and dairy free recipes.Thank you for your recipe.

@mariegold315 Thank you for your reply. It might be challenging for you to find safe food. I have a friend who have many allergies. Gluten, Lactose, Nuts, Onion family vegetables, and etc. I feel I am lucky as I can eat anything.

@hirokoliston yes, that's why I cook my food at home. I even bring my food to parties sometimes so that i can eat without worrying.😊
