Just made this had it at Lazy Dog Cafe loved it there and loved it tonight was able to use this recipe to replicate the same at Lazy Dog. Really really good bought Bison at Costco.

I have made this 4 times and today will make 5. It's not only easy to make but absolutely delicious. I haven't made meatloaf with ground beef since.
