Hi, Thank you for the recipe, u said 2 8" pans one is for vanilla and the other one for strawberry, how then did it come out 3 layers?

Hi there, thank you for the message. I baked a 1 and half kg cake hence used 3 pans. The recipe i shared here was for a 1 kg cake and that is why i mentioned 2 pans only and it will be a 2 layer cake.
