Do have any suggestions on cooking if I don't use the ninja?

Hi! so sorry for the very late reply. You can use normal oven and pressure cooker. I highly recommend using pressure cooker to make the meat more tender. But if it is not available you may roast it in oven the usual way. Usually, the ninja foodi cooks 20% faster and the temperature is 5 degrees higher than normal oven so in normal oven you adjust the time longer and the temperature to be lower than what ia in the recipe. But of course you need to consider the size of your pork belly and I would much rely on getting the internal temperature to make sure it is cooked inside (if not using pressure cooker)
