Chicken, Sausage and Shrimp Gumbo

I lived in NOLA for 12 years, and didn't learn to make gumbo. I deviated slightly from the recipe. Used chicken thighs, and added a little bit of liquid smoke. Very good recipe to use as a base, and then tweek it to make it your own.
