Hi, Mandy, i love the idea of this. When you say cook the cauliflower for 8-10 minutes. How are you cooking it? Steaming it? boiling? frying?

I used a bag of cauliflower rice in the microwave to cooked then drained any excess moisture sorry I should have stated it

Dear @mandyoh20 what a lovely recipe 😍 may I ask some questions.. what does worcestershire sauce taste like? If I skip this ingredient will the taste be different? I'm afraid I can not find it at my country (Indonesia)

@m3r_2808 Worcestershire is sweet salty seasoning, u could use some soy sauce if u don't have any
