Small world I was only just researching Lamingtons tohe other day, as we have a very similar cake on St Helena that is our national cake and I wondered if there was a historical connection between the two countries. I have never tasted Lamingtons so i am intrigued to see if there are any similarities in taste to the St Helenian coconut fingers we make...i think there might be
