@EmmaJaneR My family is delighted with this dish, I really love mushrooms and as I cook I will post different recipes with mushrooms) The next recipe will be pork ribs in the oven, my boyfriend asks almost every week for me to cook for him)

I love mushrooms too, sadly my husband is allergic to them but that does mean that I get to eat them all to myself :) a win-win for me every time :)
