Flavor was amazing. Family loved these and came looking for more.
I worry about to spicy for my wife, I substituted ground Chipotle Pepper for the Cayenne Pepper. This worked very well and added an extra smokeyness.
I also recommend following the instructions on mixing spice with meat, consistent blending is needed.
