@Sangit yes true but worth the effort. It is the end result that matters .Once you make this biryani , you wouldn't like restaurant biryani + you can prepare a few things like chopping vegetable , cooking the rice etc the night before .Than it doesn't take much time .Try it , you will enjoy it , I am sure. I got a lot of praise from guests who had come for lunch . Thanks for ur appreciation.
