HiThanks 😊I’d say they were a bit in the middle. Mine turned soft really fast and my friend thinks I might have covered them before they cooled completely. So I’m guessing you could cover them whilst hot to keep soft…. And I’m told there’s another variety made with dry corn that’s rehydrated by soaking. I’d think that version would be harder
