Ingredients

10 minutes
1 - 2 servings
  1. 1 cupfresh corn kernels
  2. 1/4 tsponion powder (optional)
  3. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/4 tsppaprika
  5. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  7. 2 Tbspflour
  8. 4 Tbspcornstarch
  9. Salt to taste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Moisten corn a little with water in a container, add all flours and spices. Close lid tightly and toss container enough to coat the corn very well and not clamping with the mixture

  2. 2

    Heat oil on high heat in a pan. Fry in small batches until golden brown.
