Thank you 😘 🤗 you can also leave both out and just use the masala you have, just add an extra Tbs. There won't be much difference, the kashmir just helps with a nice colour

Absolutely lovely and very tasty recipe I made it twice but let out the fried potato and onions but added boiled egg with tomato and onion salad.
