Nomfundo! What a pleasant surprise. I tried this recipe because times are hard and I needed something cheap to cook. This dish was so delicious. Added bonus of being quick and easy. I was never find of the taste of pilchards but after preparing this dish I will stock up on baked beans and pilchards for the rough ride ahead. Thankyou and you a star. I definately need to try your other South African recipes. Keep up the good work girl.
