I've made this 4 times now (once today's dinner is done) and it's so easy! I find it perfect for those weeks I just don't feel like cooking. I add 1 1/2tsp chili powder & 2Tbsp minced garlic.

I’m just like it better with chicken broth. It would work the same with beef broth
