Thank you! Six weeks after it rains, we get fresh mushrooms. I live in the woods, my dog sniffs them out, I give him cookies when he does. Arent they beautiful? The recipe is really delicious.

Thank you, Ulrike. Us cowboys here say: “ non carborendum bastardum” do’t let them grind you down.. I had to have a cookchat member removed because he ridiculed me when we had a chicken flu outbreak here and I warned people not to buy chicken livers, because one pound comes from 12 different chickens. I will be honored if you call me Hobby, everybody does.
