She was! (And still is!). My siblings and I were blessed to have good parents (and maternal grandparents). My mom always cooked us nutritious meals, so I owe her a great deal. I’m trying my best to love on my little daughter the same way! ❤️. Thank you for noticing! 😊

@ChrissyAlpha Well Chris, my mama died when I was 6 years old. And my MIL in Alabama passed just last Thursday so I've been reflecting. I also miss my Paternal grandmother, she is the one that raised me after my mama died. SHE was the cook in the family! She also came from Greece and she taught me so much.

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your MIL. We are very lucky when we have special women in our lives, but it is always so sad to see them go. I wish you comfort in the company of happy memories.
