I want to make this for an event. Will it be ready in 11 days or does it need longer?

It will just have a little bite for the alcohol, The longer it sits the smoother it gets

Ok. Thank you. Maybe I can use a smaller proof or vodka. I'm anxious to try your exact recipe. It looks delicious.

I’m getting ready to make this, I’m really excited!! Question,  does it need to remain in the refrigerator or can I store it in my pantry until ready to drink and how long does it store for? Thank you 😊
monkey74
monkey74 @cook_3651701
I have never stored it not in a fridge. It needs a cool dark place. I’ve open jar’s that I’ve kept in the fridge that are over 4-5 years old and they were awesome

As long as its upside down in a fridge years

Do I really need to put sugar in it, if the mix already has sugar in it?

If you can make your own puree it taste way better especially if you let it sit I don't filter it I like the actual fruit pulp or what ever in there
Hood pope
Hood pope @cooking_pope
I did a cup less water a cup more everclear and a cup more sugar and it made it super smooth
